Hello everyone!
Our family to the Pacific Science Center in Seattle today! My son loved it. We try to go to take out son to different places every weekend. Since we live an hour away from Seattle by ferry boat we decided to take a trip to the big city.
I thought my son would like the dino exhibit. Not so much. He was fine looking at it from a distance but when we went inside he was a little hesitant. So we opted for the butterfly exhibit. He was getting a little tired but when we went in there he completely calmed down and loved watching all the different butterflies. He was thrilled to watch them eat the fruit. It was great that he could see them up close and most importantly he was talking!
He also enjoyed the bubble wall. He had great fun blowing to see if he could pop the wall! All in all it was a fun trip and he learned alot about science! I would highly suggest the Pacific Science Center to anyone who has children!
I have a butterfly life cycle flannel board set for sale on etsy and soon on ebay! This would go along great with the butterfly exhibit! Check it out on www.teachablemoment.etsy.com or on www.ebay.com store name teachablemoment!
